(I came across this awakened tree in my travels to Petaluma last month. The day had a glow that was all its own. I could not get over how stunning the colors were)
(A field of Mustard between Napa and Petaluma in full bloom. )
I had a really awesome experience the other night dinning with my teacher and fellow student at a local Indian eatery. Indian eateries are an experience in themselves half grocery half restaurant. Dinning in means you sit in the middle of the store and eat off paper plates and use plastic utensils. It's very family oriented and as it was a Friday night it was busy with little children playing. This one little boy who looked about 2 or 3 was having a beautiful play time touching all the different candies that were brilliantly placed right at his chest level. He was having this wonderful joyous conversation with himself that seemed to fill him full of the excitement and life of a little boy. I felt his joy from the level of my heart and delighted in his play. I pointed him out to my teacher and said look at this little guy having such a wonderful time. I know my teachers heart was touched because he went over to the little boys parents to tell them how much he was enjoying watching the little boy play. How lovely, pure, and simple when we can delight from the level of our heart the play that is life. Wonderful.
